Do I need a permit?

For pergolas and some larger installs, yes — we handle permitting and provide engineered drawings.

How are products installed?

All systems are professionally engineered and installed, either attached to your home or freestanding.

Are the systems quiet?

Yes, motors are quiet and integrate seamlessly.

What maintenance is required?

Minimal. Just occasional cleaning with mild soap and water.

Waterproofing: R-Shade = full rain cover; R-Blade = gutter system when closed
